Day 2 : Sail across Canaima Lake and Behold its Wonderful Waterfalls.
This day, we will visit Canaima National Park, one of the largest national parks in the planet, named a World Heritage Site by Unesco. It is renowned for being a natural reserve that has abrupt relief special and unique around the world, the tepuis, which are a kind of table-top mountain millions of years old, with vertical walls and almost flat tops. These constitute a unique biological environment and are also of great geological interest. Their sheer cliffs and waterfalls create spectacular landscapes. We leave the Posada at 07:00AM for a 15-minute drive to Ciudad Bolívar airport. Next, board your plane to Canaima. This flight takes 1 hour 15 min, and the luggage weight allowance is up to 10 kg per traveller.
